Shipping & Returns
Shipping isn’t available as Owen & Jones prefer customers to shop in store.
We offer an exchange or credit note for any purchases if returned within 14 days unless altered or a commissioned piece. Contact us for more information.
Jewellery bought from Owen & Jones in December can be exchanged until 31st January the following year.
Once the design has been finalised the timescale on average is 6-8 weeks for your bespoke piece of jewellery.
We will call, message or email you, whichever is more convenient for you when your jewellery is ready.
We will require a proof of purchase, feel free to contact us and we will help as much as possible.
